Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2, 2026
David Violin Music is operated by Virtuoso Events LLC, based in Kissimmee, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or send an inquiry, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through this website, you choose what to share. The form typically asks for your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, guest count and anything you want to tell us about your celebration.
This form is provided by HoneyBook, the client management platform we use to run the business. Your inquiry is stored in HoneyBook's systems, not on this website, and is handled according to their security practices. We use that information only to answer you, prepare a proposal and coordinate your event.
If you reach us by phone, email or Instagram instead, we keep whatever you send us for the same purpose.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this one uses measurement tools that collect limited technical information through cookies and similar technologies:
- Google Analytics, which tells us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they are. It does not tell us who you are.
- Meta Pixel, which records that a visit happened so we can measure and improve advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
- Standard technical data such as browser type, device type and the pages you viewed.
Video and embedded content
The videos on this site are hosted on YouTube and load only when you press play. When you do, YouTube may set its own cookies and receive information about your visit, under its own privacy policy.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare a proposal for your event
- To coordinate the music, the timeline and the details of your celebration
- To understand how the website is used and make it better
- To measure and improve our advertising
Who we share it with
We share information only with the services that make the business run: HoneyBook for inquiries, proposals and contracts, Google for website measurement, and Meta for advertising measurement. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and client records are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, except where the law requires us to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@davidviolinmusic.com and we will take care of it.
You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides. The website will keep working normally.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen. We often play at quinceañeras and Sweet 16 celebrations, and in those cases we work with the parent or adult who books the event.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
